From day one, we will partner with you to develop a results-oriented wellness program, in an easy to understand three-step process:
- Assessment of your current situation
We will conduct an in-depth analysis of your existing wellness initiatives, taking into account your current resources (internal and external), health risks, and employee population. We’ll then analyze what is and isn’t working and identify your organization’s health improvement goals. - Recommendations for a wellness program that is unique to your company
After completing a thorough assessment, we will use our evidence based, six-step PATH Model and our comprehensive suite of wellness products and services to construct a corporate wellness program designed specifically for your company. - Determine your true Return on Wellness (ROW)
We feed the recommendations from our PATH model along with your current costs into our proprietary Wellness Impact Calculator, enabling us to create a complete (and conservative) ROI estimate. This is a CFO-proof document to help eliminate skepticism and justify your investment in wellness. We’ll even help you present it if you choose!
