Preventure feels strongly that an integral piece of our wellness programs consists of our client’s experience day to day.  We focus on offering turn-key, “Outsourced Wellness Department” program management for each client.  You get as much or as little support as you want.

Dedicated Preventure Engagement Manager
Responsible for client service, communications, event planning and management, reporting and tracking.

  • Supported by account management team and Vice President of Operations to ensure quality.
  • Our clients interact with one, dedicated resource that is empowered to manage all requests and inquiries. The Account Manager 'quarterbacks' any issues to the rest of the team and is ultimately responsible for program satisfaction.

Event Organization and Management
National program deployment for health screenings with cohesive reporting and consistent quality.  Work directly with site contacts to schedule if requested.

Wellness Coordinator Responsibilities
Your Engagement Manager is available to provide complete wellness program coordination.  This includes management and staff training, Wellness Committee support, in-person planning sessions, customer service support for participants, incentive program administration, overall program design, reporting, and more.

Marketing and Communication Support
Annual communication strategy created and deployed including a consistent wellness program tagline and logo for each client.

Consultation on program design and refinement
We keep your program fresh and innovative with new ideas.  Preventure also responds to feedback from your employees and your health risk data to continually customize your approach.
